2. McCain having trouble raising funds. Hillary not offering either |
|
McCain is running a weak campaign and has very divided support.
Its not to Obamas or Democrats to do this.

But I want him to win.
I know you hope he loses so we can have John McCain. Thanks a lot.

5. Are you saying that if Obama is the nominee, you'd rather that he be crippled going into the GE? |
|
He didn't make a sweeping pledge either, he said he's be open to negotiating it, like discussing 527s etc.

6. Have you given up on your candidate? |
|
If not, why do you want Obama to assume he is the Democratic nominee and discuss general election strategy now?

|
against McCain? Oh yea that's right they will be secretly working for the republican through scumbag surrogates (just like they did against Kerry) like James Carville. They are already looking towards the 2012 election because they are pretty much admitting with this kind of sleazy Rovian campaign that IT IS ALREADY OVER

9. Will Hillary keep her pledge to abide by DNC ruling on FL and MI? Of course not! |
|
Obama made no such pledge. He said he would discuss it if he were the nominee. I think it is foolish to run against GOP relying on public funds. Kerry didn't!

10. I'm sure McCain appreciates your concern... |
|
I'm not sure how either one of our candidates forcing the other into a corner regarding any general election strategy, and taking the side of republicans before the nominee is even decided is supposed to be a good thing for us. Especially in light of the fact that Clinton hasn't pledged anything one way or another either.

13. Does not really matter |
|
look it is a two month lon GE cycle becuse both parties pushed back the conventions.
All Obama has to do is but September and October advertiseng prior to the convention out of Primary funds.
He could prepay his staff out of primary funds as wel..
I would take the $85 million over twom nonths for GOTV efforts.
Even with out that its over $40 Million a month.
He could argue very correctly that he does not have the nomination locked up yet and that he is not eligble for the $85 Milion until the ballond drop in Denver.
Until that time he is perfectly entitles to use what primary funds he has to secure the nomination, build his team and speak to the american people.
He has to use the primary funds somehow. miught as well use it on advertsing buys for the GE.

He just explained this on the Ed Shultz show.
He said how he had declined public financing for the primaries but when doing so had inquired of the FEC as to whether if he got the nomination, he could revisit the matter later and they said that he could.
He said if he is nominated then he will sit down with McCain and come to some sort of agreement that levels the playing field.
He never pledged that he wouldn't accept the financing beyond the primaries.

|
oh i'm sorry i forgot the clinton campaign fabricates "crises", distorts words and does and says anything to win...rather than talk about real issues...anything but the real issues where her sell-out to the DLC long ago painted herself in a corner.
this is one example and the new tempest in the teapot...gasp "plagerism"
get a life.
