What I think, if not plagiarism, then I look at his change and think, how original and honest are his words if he's needing to borrow other peoples words even though it was allowed. Words from other people are NOT change, rather borrowed. Notice I didn't say plagiarism. This is how I look at this issue if/when I cast my vote in the GE for him if he is nominated.
