I know what hope means and what change is
I could really care less who people back or what their faith is or about whether Obama uses speechs by anyone else .

I don't care either about much of the rage in these primaries .

I have only one question that pertains to hope .

What are any and all Obama supporters willing to do if Obama wins in the GE . Are you willing to do what it takes to effect the change needed to take this country back even if it means to make personal sacrifice .

You have to know no matter who wins the presidency that in order to succeed and effect real change then each one has to take part in this change or nothing will change and hope is only a feeling .

I understand the concept of hope and change . where do you fit into to this ? You must know that once the elections are over you cannot go home and do nothing and expect change left just to government or the corporations since they are one of the same .

If Hillary wins it will be the same thing , people will have to do their part to effect change .

Personally I don't see much change coming any time soon . There will be elections in another 4 years and in an another 4 after that .

Look where we are now thanks to government and elections , we may not even make the 4 year mark without being wiped out as a people .

1. If Obama wins the Presidency I could easily see people working to effect change
Thats the crux of Obama's message of "from the bottom up".

People support him expecting to work towards change.

Can I see people working for change if Hillary wins?

No, because her primary message of "experience" is more about "trust me (us...Bill too) to handle the government", and her supporters are primarily interested in a manager so they dont have to get involved.

3.  From the bottom up is not a new idea
"People support him expecting to work towards change."

I'm not sure what you mean by this statement .

This is not meant to be a debate between Hillay and Obama supporters . One runs on Hope and change , the "yes we can" part sort of vanished .

who either wins the GE nothing will happen if the people don't take control and make the changes .

The sole reason I have even brought this up is I have heard it all before many times and many years ago and now it will take a hell of alot more effort to change things from where we are now .

You can rule out government changing anything , I feel this has been proven over and over again . Look how well the 2006 midterms brought about change yet many had all the hope this would do it .

Not one thing has changed other than things getting worse and bush is not done yet , he has another year to go . All things must be considered .

2. I'm gonna run right out and lower the gas price signs
then go to the store and put stuff on sale. No abuse intended, but 99.9% of what happens is beyond my scope to effect. I WILL vote for Obama. I HOPE my vote counts.

4. He's managed to get more people involved, and you at least have to start there
I'm not banking on the kind of change I'd like to see, or anything near it. But I am banking on some solid progress on issues like health care, military, welfare - little things, meaningful enough and turning the momentum of change in the other direction from where it is now.

5. I'm ready
That's one of the things I like about his campaign. He doesn't claim to be Mr. Fix-It. He clearly says that WE will have to work to make any change.

I'm definitely ready.
