Winning in November??
Democractic winning in November is what this has got to be all about. The last two presidential elections have shown this country divided about 50/50. In order to win, the dems have got to get some of those Bush voters to change over to the dem side. Repub base voters won't change and solid core progressive dems won't vote Repub. That leaves the middle of the ground, the centrists of either party and independents to decide the next election AGAIN.

The question should be all along which Dem candidate(s) can attract the most centrists of either party and independents. Are we as a party really thinking like this?? Are we keeping our eye on the end game, the end prize. I have this persistent feeling over the last 3 months that we do not and I'm scared! The happiest democrats now in this primary season because his/her main choice wins the Dem primary is just doomed to abject sadness along with the rest if us if my questions here are not being kept in mind during this selection process!
