28. I was driving home one night at 2 in the morning in Bangkok after a recent flood

and there was a huge turtle must have been 3 feet wide and 80 lbs. I blocked of the road and stopped traffic. We all watched it in awe as it lumbered across the road. It might have been 100 years old.

Also there are temples in Thailand where you can buy turtles in cages and release them into the canal. (after a reasonable amount of time the turtles go downstream get recaptured and are fed and await to be rereleased the next day. An odd sysiphian reconstruct for the animal kingdom.
