I believe Hillary cut into Obama's margin tonight
I believe that his margin would have been larger. The negative attacks worked to narrow his margin of victory. I believe the next two weeks will be far too nasty for any sensible Democrat to have to observe.

25. Like here:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x4667987

"In terms of the tone of the campaign, voters today viewed Clinton as more of the attacker than Obama. 54% said she attacked unfairly, while 34% said that about him.

Who Attacked Unfairly
Wisconsin Democratic Voters
Clinton did 54%
Obama did 34"

How exactly did the attack ads help Clinton?

30. I don't see the data correlation between that poll result and the vote tallies
I know it seem plausible to make that connection, but until there is empirical data to support that correlation I remain skeptical.

9. How so?
http://www.pollster.com/08-WI-Dem-Pres-Primary.php
Two weeks ago Hillary was leading on the polls. Only one poll predicted an Obama win of 13%, which is about equal to the real margin of victory. All other polls predicted a narrower margin or a defeat.

17. Thought it would be a tighter contest
Seems like a solid victory, I agree the next two weeks are really going to show what each campaign is made of. I really can't wait to see what the Clintons throw at Obama, probably won't be pretty.

I think exactly what was supposed to happen happened in WI tonight--and if the next couple weeks are dirty then I have faith in Obama to rise above it and come out on top.

"cut" into his margin? But you are correct, now watch the Clinton's do what they do best. It won't help.

24. Nope - the superdelegages will punish her if she goes too negative.
They want a viable candidate to lead the ticket in the fall. She already gave Obama Kennedy's endorsement for being too negative, after Teddy warned Bill. More will follow if it gets nasty, and she won't even have a chance to contest the remaining states.
