Heard Hillary - thought - hey! tonight you're a real Democrat!
Excellent points concerning the struggles of the average American. Too bad that it came so late in the game, long after she decided to run the general-election, hawkish, incremental, "realistic" campaign that was always designed to appeal to disaffected Republicans and Independents. If she were the candidate she was tonight earlier, there would have been no reason for Obama to exist or gain traction. She created Frankenstein, knowingly or not, and Frankenstein has taken over the village!

And then I stayed tuned to see Obama blow her out of the water with passion and specifics.

1. Shame on her for trying to broaden the Dem base
by telling moderate conservatives the truth.

3. I feel sorry for all her supporters in Wisconsin...she never thanked them
Would it have been that difficult?

I have come to expect that she would not congratulate the winner. Grace is not her style, nor is good manners.

However, to not thank the workers who gave so much for her? Sad. So sad.

5. She started her speech by thanking them.
Maybe some stations didn't show the beginning of her speech because you are not the first person who said that.

4. Would you name a couple of those specifics, please?
Thanks for the good review of Hillary tonight.

I agree, somewhat.

Should she not win this time, Obama will be defeated by McCain - sorry, that's just reality, she can pick up just right where she's left off this time.

7. Healthcare specifics, tying minimum wage to the inflation rate,

tax cuts directed to the middle and working class, Executive compensation, are just some that come to mind immediately. We can all read the transcript and analyze it at our leisure, but anyone who says Obama does not have specifics is just full of it.

McCain is almost a tragic figure. He had crossover appeal when he truly was a "maverick" which he is no longer and has not been for quite awhile. The only people he appeals to are people who don't like Hillary.

8. you're confused
every poll I've seen has Obama defeating McCain, and Clinton losing vs McCain. Wishing doesn't make it so.

6. Sad To Say

But it's the same thing she was saying in NH and the other states. Talking about issues Democrats care about only gets you heard on C-Span.
