Clinton needs to win +/- 65% of the remaining states delegates
per MSNBC.

I didnt know her "magic number" was that high.

Not insulting anyone, but that is a HUGE number considering she hasnt won the majority of delegates in the last ten states. Obama is also now making inroads in Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

1. Texas is tied. She's ahead by 9 in Ohio. 16 in Pennsylvania according to the latest poll.
I just don't see how she can do it.

2. It's just not doable
Unless Obama COMPLETELY flops in the two debates, and I mean drooling on the podium flop, there's no way she's gonna get those numbers.

Or unless the Rezko thing ends up being way more damaging than anyone suspects.

4. she hasn't won a single "One on One" primary OR caucus against Obama yet
I don't expect that trend to stop anytime soon.

7. It's called "Negatives in teh high 40s"
And that is not just among Limbaugh listeners.

Those negatives have been there -- haven't changed a bit in 16 years. I have no idea how they ever thought they could win the Presidency. You cannot get 'er done with negatives that high. The only way a person can escape from negatives in the high 40s is if they are relatively unknown. She has 100% recognition. People made their mind up a decade ago and there can never be enough people changing that opinion for her to get elected.

9. I loved the Clintons right up til this race
and they had the SC race incidents regarding the race-baiting and it's been one dirty campaign ever since. I realize that I wasn't seeing them as they really are for way too long.

8. it was posted here tonight by a different poster and it was a very telling statistic
all of this "we don't do well in caucuses" doesn't hold up when you compare the massive margins of victory by obama over clinton (in primaries and caucuses) since edwards dropped out.

10. I thought Russert said 65% in Texas, Ohio, Penn
Overall its 58% but given that Obama will win some states, Clinton would need huge numbers in the three biggies.
