Win or lose, this time, I'll always love Hillary Clinton. |
|
She's withstood more fucking shit piled on her from every direction, every damn direction, and she's withstood it all, and she is still standing.
I wasn't always a Hillary fan, don't agree with her on EVERYTHING, but she's the real deal. How many of us could go through what she's been through, with the constant incoming attacks and the microscopic scrutiny? Ongoing, for years now. Lately from her own home party.
I admire her for this alone.
Should 08 not be her year, I will eagerly await her 2012 run.

Suggesting or implying that the democratic candidate should lose the GE (implied by "eagerly await her 2012 run") is not welcome on Democratic Underground.

I've always liked and admired Hillary Clinton. I really did want her to be president one day. Her campaign staff is despicable, which is unfortunate.

which will be quite vigorous, I assure you.

We will see how the GE goes...I am writing Hillary in for now. I haven't given up on her yet...you never know how things can turn.
This is the first time I have really participated in the primaries. It is usually decided well before I have a chance to vote. I am honestly shocked and dismayed at it all.
I hope she runs in 2012 if it is against McCain if she can not pull it out.
