IMAGINE IF YOU WILL: In the GE Barack's multicultural energetic movement vs. McCain
Edited on Wed Feb-20-08 01:14 PM by wndycty
Think about this. Think about the energy, think about the excitement. Obama picks up momentum everyday. New supporters, new volunteers, new donors and new voters everyday.

I know we (Obama supporters) are often mocked as being part of cult, but we are also part of a movement, a movement to change this country.

Look at the record turnouts, look at the folks getting involved for the first time, this is something that McCain does not want to face.

I miss many of my DU friends, Democratic heroes and other allies who support Hillary and I can't wait to lock arms with them as we bring about change.

Close your eyes and imagine for a moment. Its something the GOP is very afraid of.

energetic

1. A friend of mine said that the excitement reminds him of when RFK was running for president!
My friend is fairly conservative and his parents (former Exxon Mobil oil executive father) are VERY conservative Bush supporters and donors. So, I was surprised to find out that he voted for Obama in the GA primary! I was sure he was going to vote for McCain. He had previously supported Bush but I'm not sure how he voted in past elections.

:)
