deja-deja-vu: Hillary, drop out and take your husband home.
..just a little payback is a bitch moment...

and I was only leaning Edwards, not totally supporting him.

Clinton has had an historic campaign. Her time in politics isn't over yet, obviously. Make a deal for some big goodies and ask everyone to rally 'round Obama. Let's get our act together to get rid of the g/d m/fers for DECADES.

(doesn't feel good, does it?)

1. I almost feel sorry for Bill.
He had a good run, he was enjoying a peaceful, dignified retirement... now he's got this big black spot on his record.

Oh well.

3. Black Spot?
What black spot? That he was a little nasty defending his wife? Not much of a black spot. More of a tactical error. Also the media exaggerated and distorted it.

7. sheeple
Yes, didn't you know? Obamainc has shown us that Bill Clinton is actually responsible for everything negative that came out of the Bush and Reagan administrations, and the sheeple have digested it.

17. Yep, TX has a great record for presidents...

I'm not for Obama or Hillary, but I will vote for whoever gets the nomination because, if you care one bit about this nation, you have to do what you can to get rid of the Repukes. They have done so much to destroy this country it is obscene. (Not to mention I still don't understand why they are not under arrest and in Den Hague.

If you are all pissy and you don't vote, you are voting to let the Supreme Court have a right-wing extremist majority for the rest of your life, most likely. The same sort of assholes who made a ONE TIME RULING (that's really unprecedented for a s.court rulinlg) to give the 2000 election to Bush. And look what we've gotten out of that.

Again, this was a little "payback" thread. I don't think I insulted Clinton at all. But it hurts when other dems tell your candidate to pack it up and go...
At least Hillary got tv time... the media didn't try to shut her out like it did with Edwards. Not surprised about that since we no longer have a decent press...just spin and lies and newspeak.

6. His retirement wasn't as dignified as you think - he was helping Bush at every crucial
point including the 2004 election where he publicly defended Bush's decisions on terrorism and Iraq war for his entire 3 week, HIGH-PROFILE book tour.

Hillary 2008 was up and running since 2000.

And let's not forget to give Bill credit for being Tony Blair's top American advisor from 2001-2007. How did that work out for Tony and for England?

If it's true then I'm glad I used the qualifier "almost."

2. She will after Ohio and Texas, I'm sure!
I only wanted Team Clinton because I miss the Peace and Prosperity of the 90s. Hopefully, Obama will be able to start us back on that road again, but it will take time to undo the damage of Dubya.

9. Yr Welcome!
I think I'll post this same thread 3x today. I guess I've started a thread here maybe 2x since it's been up, but I saw the Edwards thing and I just couldn't resist.

Sooo, you're very, very welcome! You don't know how disgusting it's been to have to read the headlines for all the shitty posts here. You can't avoid them in the lobby or latest. Just doing my part to keep gd-p asshole-ish! :hi:

15. Well I do have to admit it's hard being on the other side of the street now.
As long as Hillary can resist pressure to leave and survive two weeks until Texas and Ohio, this race is still on. Hillary never got 4% in one of these contests at least. Maybe 24%, but not 4%.

14. it's a reference to the Edwards posts
that were here before he dropped out that said "Edwards, take you wife and go home," or some such. Kinda pissed me off when I saw them, so I thought someone might wanna walk a mile in my mocassins.

Personally, I don't care about their personal lives (and don't think it should be part of the 'political" discourse - or if so, let's start talking about Poppy and Jennifer and Bush stoned stumbling drunk, with pictures, on CNN, etc.

It's been such a pleasure to read the b.s. posted here. (btw, I didn't say I'm an Obama supporter, I said I was leaning Edwards) - and there's context for the post, if you read others here.
