I am for Hillary...
and I know it is not looking to good for her now, maybe she will be the nominee but if obama is I want everyone to remember, especially all of us who have been posting for years about all of the crimes, enabling and heartbreak that the CONS have brought to this country and the world. We have been waiting for years to see them go down. I get angry also when reading some of these post against my candidate I am now getting angry when I see them going against Obama, but if Obama wins he will be our candidate and we need to fight the CONS at every turn because we know how they work and if Mc Lame wins I feel like this will be the end of this country in more ways than one.

Last week when the repugs did their so called walk out all of their little games came flooding back in my mind, Bush,Cheney,Delay, McConnell,Sennesbrenner and his gavel, Foley,Rove,Anthrax,Temper tantrum Stevens,Harriet Myers not testifying and on and on and on.. So no matter, what remember what our objective is which should not be that hard to do when you look at the wars, crime, foreclosures, joblosses, homelessness, High gas bills, sky high grocery, contaminated food, and toys, and many other ills of this country how in the hell could you vote for McCain?

3. Fear. You can't discount it - it's a looming factor in this campaign
Once we get past the primary, the gloves will come off and honestly, I can understand why Americans would ultimately hesitate to elect a first term senator. HRC offers so much more life experience, but the young discount that, for obvious reasons.

We'll see how this Oprah election plays out - but McCain is a viable opponent.

4. He is not viable...
what he is counting on is the war card which I believe Bush and the republicons will play by starting some type of conflict to frighten the uninformed. Whomever our candidate is they will have enough military experience behind them to deflect that garbage...

5. Whoever ... if you would have used he or she, it's whoever
And neither Democratic candidate has any military experience, so what you call garbage will come back to haunt us.

6. Clinton was a draft dodger...
...I mean seriously, call it what it is. And he got elected twice. I no longer apply conventional wisdom to our political system anymore.

9. Thanks for the English lesson...
Your Dumbness and chief had no military experience and but did that matter to his followers..What matters is the team and good judgement which was lacking in the present adm. Also:John McCain blew up the USS Forrestal - dosn't anybody care?
I watched a two hour special on the History Channel last year, about the disastrous fire that almost sank the USS Forrestal back in the '60s.

On that show, they said that the video shows the first missile coming from Lt John McCain's A-4 Skyhawk, hitting another aircraft and starting the fire.

I've been on carriers and I know they are bascially disasters waiting to happen, accidetns and fires happen almost daily (and WERE a daily occurence on the Forrestal when I was on her). What I don't figure is - how come none of the politicos have tried to swiftboat McCain for this? It's prime sleaze politics waiting for a target. Is it because all the swiftboaters work for the GOP?

10. You were on the Forrestal???
It's a small world. I was on her for two weeks in 1992. I was going through "A" school in Pensacola and got "voluntold" that I had a fantastic "training opportunity" to take part in. I cranked for 2 weeks. That was the extent of the fabulous training opportunity.

13. Ask why the swiftboaters work for the GOP ... and don't dismiss 'em
as evil - they're not. These are understandable forces in the population that can't be ignored, no matter how appealing a candidate appears to us.

19. I wish he were not but
unfortunately he is quite viable in my neck of the woods. Military will often vote for military and I'd bet he's already won their votes. The rest of the area has quite a number of closeted racists (not everyone but quite a few) who are already coming up with reasons not to vote for Obama except for their real reason-because they really are racist.

In my area she would win over McCain but he will not. Of course, no one wants to listen to me.

27. Acting as in...
I haven't seen anything that she has done that is wrong if anything her response has been weak. I can imagine the crying that would be going on if she really was attacking. This is a campaign haven't you seen what they do in campaigns, they attack each other...I did not post this for an argument, but from what I have seen in this campaign is very different than what has gone on in past elections, she is damned if she does and damned if she doesn't. The main point her is everybody needs to cool down because from what I can see whoever is the nominee will lose voters at the rate it is going and we need to be fighting the republiCONS...

18. Thanks. People don't even talk about the issues anymore.
It's all screaming and whining about the other candidate. Obama people attack and smear, Clinton supporters try to stand up amid the onslaught of drivel, and few seem to care.

If people are whining about what's on TV, well, when's the last time I bought a television network?

*Never.*

So how am I to blame for the shit that they say?

A lot of people here need to grow up. They can't tell the difference between a person and a group, they have no respect and they never talk about their own candidate. Always attack.

When did this site turn into Fox News?
