About the counting. . .
I threw a few posts out there in GDP explaining I would vote for the candidate who pledged to recount the votes in the event of any questionable results. Not many agreed. I know when we question the counts people are reminded of repressed fears. And we need hope without fear, but how can we gain hope without fixing the real issue of the election fraud?

If EVERYONE would get behind the movement for fair elections, we could achieve them. I believe there are more people suspicious of our election system than there are those that are not. So, I believe there are many people who are working for the cabal within the boards to prevent the uprising. Not to mention some of our Democratic members in Congress.

What can be done at this point in time to try to ensure the rest of our primaries and the GE is not fixed? Could we possibly be able to rally the forces to demand real election reform at least to be instituted prior to November?

If each and every real member of DU would stand up, could we get enough attention to the issue to renew a real election reform movement? Instead of arguing about which candidate you like more, maybe you could each email or call your candidate, Senator or Representative and ask him or her to take a pledge to push for voter verified paper ballots nationwide.

This is the time we need to unite on the issue. This is the time we have the attention of the media. This is the time we need to demand Congress enact steps immediately to provide us with an election system that we can feel confident that all votes are counted.

America cannot survive if we do not stand up like our forefathers have. Please visit the election reform forum here at DU and please take this pledge to contact your candidate, Senator, Representative and demand they do something real and positive for ALL CITIZENS OF AMERICA!

Election Reform Forum of DU: Please after taking the pledge, visit these folks to say thank you and to ask how you can help.

2. Hand Count the Hand Marked Paper Ballots
with mechanical ballot marking devices for the disabled.

The device marked ballots should be otherwise indistinguishable from the hand marked ballots.
