2. Kathleen Sibelius could put him over the top
Obama's 50 state strategy is coming to fruition, while Hillary's 11 state strategy is getting exposed.

8. Really?
SUSA has Obama winning NY better than native daughter HRC.

Obama by 57-36 while Clinton takes NY by 52-41

Furthermore in Wisconsin Obama beats McCain 52-42, while HRC loses 49-42. In Iowa Obama beats McCain by 51-41 while McCain beats Hillary by the same margin.

4. Well after today's revelations and more to follow--McCain will probably sink more!
Or, we learn once and for all "Family Values" is only for Democrats.

If McCain wins, then I guess the Republicans don't want "Family Values" for themselves--just for the rest of us!

13. BINGO!!!
It is states like this that are the reason I am for Obama.

States like this are very dependent on the 'base' right wing republicans to show up en masse to elect candidates. The very voters talked about in the book "What's the matter with Kansas". So Kansas is, in fact, the case study.

Those people cannot get excited FOR John McCain and turnout will be effected.

They can, however, get very excited AGAINST Hillary Clinton. They hate her. She will motivate the republican base in places like this far more than John McCain could ever dream of.

Obama does not do the same for them and an Obama/McCain race leads to much republican apathy and poor turnout and we win big.

Not saying we could actually win states like this or states in the south. But we would make the republicans have to work real hard and spend a lot of money to defend home turf they normally could ignore and count on. All of that being less time and money to spend in the swing states where we win in this scenario.

It's a clear and decisive democrat path to victory in November with Obama and that is the number one reason I support him as the nominee.

18. Obama will force the Republicans to play defense where they have always run up the score
and he does have a chance to pick off a few new states, i.e. KS. MO, CO and VA are three more. When you factor in the enthusisam of his base and his organizational and financial advantages, you can see why most thinking Republicans would rather not face him.
