Those of us that get our TV through the air have really been left out of a lot of the debates.
And then there is a large population that doesn't have fast enough internet to access streams.
I don't thank that is fair. Particularly because it is a fairly distinct economic strata that is left out.

Of those who use the internet in the US about half are still on dial-up.
our tubes are very slow. x(
