1. I understand him. He's saying....
"Hey, gabachos! We're all coming to take your jobs!" Then, when they laugh, they're laughing at how funny you look.

Univision is an American television station. It's also a Spanish-language station. But it's not a Spanish station.

21. Pick all you want
I used to work for the Spanish International Network that became Univision.:)
But I stand corrected...it IS technically a Spanish language station with the majority of it's production done in Mexico.

37. That "Spanish" guy is Mexican.
First, most hispanics or latinos do not like to be called Spanish. They speak Spanish, but they are NOT Spanish unless they were born in Spain.

Second, the debate was sponsored by CNN and Univision and it was aired later in the evening in Spanish on that network.

Third, Jorge Ramos is one of the most respected hispanic journalists in the USA.

Next time please do some research before posting something that makes you look so uninformed.

43. K & R: kicked and ridiculed. Come on, dude, come correct and admit you were being shady with this!
Edited on Fri Feb-22-08 06:12 AM by TexasObserver
Very disrespectful of our latinos and latinas, and disrespectful to the vast myriad of cultures from Mexico to the tip of Argentina.

If you don't understand Spanish, what are you waiting for? Too stupid to learn? Too proud? Too lazy? If you will reach out to Hispanics and make any decent effort to understand their language, their ways, and their culture, you will learn to love and respect them.

Please think about these things. You're born a guero, but you choose to be a pinche gringo.
