his brother's fidel had, and that she'd hope that he, raul castro, would open it up to the people in cuba bein able to be able to determine their future...however, she did not, in any way, talking about the u.s.a shpreading democracy in cuba ... so... democracy in cuba is something that even those cubans here want for cuba.
