What did you think about Hillary's non-answer to the delegate question? |
|
Both were asked about the Super Delegates.
(Paraphrased per my flu affected memory)
Hillary's answer was something like - everything will work itself out.
Obama followed up specifically stating that - in the end, after all these primaries and caucuses, the nominee should reflect the will of the people who voted.
This question has been a BIG talking point for the past week on radio, blogs, and among the paid pundits. It almost felt as if Hillary was assuming there would be no fight - because it won't get that far.
I'm very glad the question was asked, though Hillary's response was about as non-committal as they come.
What did you think of her vague answer to this question?

1. Well, Obama hasn't said that the Super Delegates should follow the popular vote |
|
The so-called pledged delegates are awarded in a weird way, state-by-state. Hillary got a lot more votes then Barak in New Jersey and got 11 more delegates. Barak far fewer votes in Idaho and won 12 more delegate. Letting that "verdict" stand would not reflect the will of the people.
