Who gave Hillary the xerox line? James Carville?
Its the kind of zinger he would come up with. Bill got away with those attack lines because he did it with a smile and still came off as likable. Hillary can't pull that off so well.

It'll be on every front page tomorrow morning. Glad you feel her point was hollow though.

12. LOL
Yeah, let's have more substantive threads, like the shape of Obama's nostrils or the way he holds his head.

18. Clinton has made the campaign about hallow issues.
Distractions about supposed plagiarism, holding more debates and seating MI and FL delegates are weak excuses to avoid the issues because Hillary knows that liberal primary voters agree more with Obama.

7. At least it is getting attention.
All Saint Obama has to do is sneeze to get a news story.

9. It's got Carville written all over it. Snappy, catty, "hip"
the line may have worked it it were against a republican but it was a against a very well liked democrat and just came across as way to nasty and mean-spirited.

11. Her timing on it was bad.
It was well after the plagiarism non-issue should have been dropped. The moderators, as expected, brought it up. She made her charge. He answered it. Hillary stuck with it and out popped the "zinger," which bombed with a big THUD.

Hillary is a better campaigner when she is her positive self displaying her knowledge of the issues. She does not wear "going negative" very well.

13. This also plays to her being scripted...it is not a stupid issue, there
are few moments of humanity in these elections, and that is why these types of things get latched on to.

That line was horrendously bad.

The groan heard 'round the world.
