2. Why didn't they change the system earlier?
Clinton had her ally, Terry McAuliffe, at the DNC. If open primaries and caucuses were such a bad thing, they should have been talking about it a year ago. Now it seems like they're losing, and therefore caucuses and open primaries are a bad thing.

3. I would have thought the endorsements from Coulter, Beck, Limbaugh, etc
would have helped Hillary with the Repubs more. I have seen many people at FR saying that they are voting for her because she would be easier to beat. Must not be enough of them.
