Edited on Fri Feb-22-08 07:52 PM by Mike03

At this point I am behind Obama. He will be the next POTUS, which is an awesome thought. But we need to be damned careful. There is an arrogance among his supporters that I hear every night on talk radio in San Francisco that is beyond disgraceful, and it is such a turn off. We should probabl be prudent, respectful of our potential (likely) victory, and try to behave like decent, good people, just like Obama is. If we are stupid, arrogant, loudmouth, bombastic, foolish morons, we are going to regret our behavior during this delicate time in American history.

1. What do you mean..the callers
on talk radio are arrogant Obama supporters? If so, in what way? 'Cause so many here are knowledegeable, passionate, and don't have a hubris bone in their body but will stand up to attacks from those who engage.

2. I don't think the few DU supporters that are cocky weigh that much in the general scheme. nt

3. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think much talk radio nationally involves Obama supporters...Maybe in
San Francisco, but here in flyover country talk radio us 24/7/365 hate gays/minorities/handicapped/and the "Democrat party". I've never heard an arrogant Democrat on the air. God, that would be nice!

You really shouldn't worry. Talk radio has little real effect and California is aabout as "safe Democratic" as it gets.

5. Yep. If campaigns live and die on one factor, it's San Francisco talk radio callers.

6. Shut up! I live in San Francisco
Admittedly I don't have a radio, but IF I DID, I would call it any damn time I FELT LIKE IT, OK?

Hmph! I need a refreshing glass of Kool-aid.
