Edit: Keith just said "welcome back", so this may have been his first appearance since the suspension.

He made an inappropriate remark about Chelsea Clinton. I feel somewhat vindicated because I kept telling the naysayers that it wasn't that big a deal and that he would be back in short order. :D

The inappropriate remark was about Hillary, not Chelsea. He was accusing Hillary of p---ing her daughter, so it was not a bad remark about Chelsea but about Hillary.
