She never answers the question about how she will "enforce" her mandate, even though the interviewer asked her THREE TIMES. She says, "well, I don't think anyone who could afford it will not get it". Really? Now she is lifting one of Obama's talking points. The only difference between her health plan and Obama's is that she will REQUIRE you to get it, even if that means going to your employer and forcing it to take wages from your paycheck. Yup, she says that in the video.
