I'm not much for saying F-U to anyone, in fact I wouldn't ever do it. A lot of times I'll type a scathing reply to someone, add whatever emoticons or picture I need to express myself, hit 'preview' to see it, and then delete the post. Sounds silly, I know, but doing that, and/or getting up from the computer, both help a lot.
