in San Antonio, downtown,. there are 4 here, and I have to tell you, I was impressed, there were at least 12 laptops and a very informed group of volunteers. Wanted to get a yard sign, but they were out, Had 2000 come in on Thursday and they are gone.

5. How many Democrats were there?

E-mail to send to Texas Republicans

Attention All Texas Republicans and Independents!!

On March 4th, Texas Republicans and Independents will have an opportunity to end Hillary Clinton's (and Bill's) presidential ambitions once and for all!

Since Texas has on open primary, Republicans and Independents should sign in at their polling place and request a Democratic ballot. They should then vote for Barack Obama. Even James Carville admits that if Hillary loses Texas, "she's done!" Republicans can help make this a reality!!! Just think, no more Clintons in the White House!

Voting Democratic this one time will have NO effect on your ability to vote in the next Republican primary or obviously on your vote in November. Since John McCain has the Republican nomination locked up, voting for McCain or Huckabee at this point will have no effect on the outcome on the Republican side.

After you vote during early voting or on March 4th, you ARE NOT done! Report back to your regular polling place at 7PM on March 4th to sign the Barack Obama list for caucus delegates. In a little known Texas voting quirk, 67 delegates to the Democratic convention will be seated because of these caucuses. This is a full one-third of the total number of Texas delegates. For Hillary to lose, she has to lose the primary votes AND the caucus votes.

I urge you to vote against Hillary Clinton by voting for Barack Obama. Please forward this e-mail to all your Texas Republican and Independent friends so that we can help ensure the Clinton's defeat on March 4th!!!

8. It makes me laugh when people here are gullible enough to believe...
...that the RW is so almighty that a handful of RW vote-switching freaks can decide our nominee.

10. we all knew going in that Hillary had high negatives,Why does this surprise you now?
Of course people will cross over to vote against her. We all knew that when she announced. We also know that people will turn out in higher numbers to vote against her in the GE if she ever got that far.

She was always a flawed candidate. In that respect she was ready on day one.

9. Here in Ohio
Two of my relatives (sister and brother-in-law) are switching to Democratic party in the primary to vote for Obama, and my brother said he will cross over and vote for Obama if he is the Democratic nominee in November. And he has been a stubborn Republican for quite a few years!

13. Yes! Thank you for the report about the faithful crossovers - voting Obama in the primary & general.
I know there are some who will crossover during the primary and then vote R during the general -- but I hope that number is very few.

:hi:

18. My sister and her husband
Said they will never vote Republican again. They both are bushed out! They voted for McCain in 2000, said now he would just be four more years of bush. I think we can put them in the Democratic line for sure. My brother is a shock though. In the past he and I had some hot political arguments and he told the whole family I was an out of control liberal! I guess reality finally caught up with him also. But my daughter just got engaged to a republican. So here we go again.... I changed my husband over after we got married, I can do it again I guess.

12. Did they tell you to use the words "unhinged" and "Hillary" in the same sentence as much as possible
I'm just curious to know which genius thought up "unhinged" as today's word. Did it come from the San Antonio headquarters, or someplace else?
