Ralph was a good guy until he stopped investigating Pinto gas tanks
and decided to set himself up, instead of as a consumer advocate, as Chief Defender of the Faith. I think he fancies himself as Dr Zaius and is protecting apedom from the insidious, evil humans.

1. LOL!
I agree with you. The minute he stopped being about consumer advocacy, I lost interest in him.

5. Until he became a narcissistic megalomaniac
I predict Ralph's candidacy goes nowhere this time. But the fact that he's willing to wade in AGAIN, after helping defeat Al Gore in 2000 . . . . the diagnosis is confirmed, my colleagues.

Ralph Nader is now a narcissistic megalomaniac. Here's why:

1. He's focused solely on himself.
2. He believes he has the only solution.
3. He believes America is better off with a fascist government, or him, than with Obama or another Democrat running the country.
4. He's willing to create revolutionary flux, right out of the Stalinist playbook, in an effort to get a strong pendulum swing back his direction.
5. He refuses to believe any reasonable person besides him has any worthwhile ideas.
6. Did I say he's focused solely on himself?

By the way, the big muckracking book that made Ralph famous was "Unsafe at Any Speed," written about the Chevrolet Corvair, in I believe 1964.
