It's too bad we're captive to these idiots.

It makes you want to watch nothing but public television.

3. I agree...the questions are horrible. Russert and Williams are
pathetic. I think they are equally rude to Hillary and Obama and the questions they raise will never be asked of the Rethuglicans.

4. I Tend to Agree...
They're both being harder on HRC and Obama than they would be with Repukes.

no way would Tim EVER ask these senseless, non-issue, gotcha questions to rethugs.

5. ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY!!!!!!!!!
Just had the EXACT same thought go through my head. It's beyond absurd. And you can tell BOTH of them (Obama, Hillary) are uncomfortable a bit about it. It's a joke.

21. I thought the Farrakhan bullshit was ridiculous
There is no good answer to that. Obama was screwed either way. It's a "how long have you been beating your wife" question.

And they managed to "accidentally" slip in yet another clip they think is anti Hillary to try and sabotage her.

Their entire organization is dismal and bad for America.

10. I encourage people to write MSNBC
If you hate their coverage, email them & tell them you won't watch anymore. IF they get massive viewer protest, that's the only way they'll change. I won't watch this debate, & it sounds like I didn't miss much!

It is hard to imagine anyone could be worse than CNN but congrats to MSNBC. You did it.

Although being cableless (by choice) I pretty much already watch nothing but PBS. Nova, Now, Greater Boston, Secrets of the Dead, Tavis, McGlaughin Group, Basic Black, Globe Trekker, Nature....hell, I could go on forever. :)

22. I agree!
Neither do we but I don't think only cable should air something as vital as a presidential debate. It should be available free of charge to all voters. Although in this case, it doesn't sound like we missed much!

13. Russert is a joke
He has no clue what the real issues are, instead he focuses on these non-issues that nobody in November is going to care about or remember.

Tax returns? Farrakhan? They think the people of Ohio give a crap about this to spend 20 freaking minutes on?

16. The last(?) debate is no debate. What a bunch of crap.
There needs to be some sort of mutual agreement in the future that if a debate is hosted by NBC, Timmeh is prohibited from participating. There have been no substantive issues discussed in nearly an hour. What crap.

And no clips. Jesus Christ, that's so pedestrian.

the only real debate of the bunch. Real questions, no audience, candidates allowed to give full answers.

18. Tim 'Big Head Gas Bag' Russert thinks he is asking questions
the American people want answered. Timmy is wanting a headline. He still hasn't gotten over the fact he was one of the worms involved in blowing the cover of Valerie Plame. Nobody gives a shit Rusty boy. :dem:

23. I thought it was brilliant. It covered all the sh*t we are cackling over on the internets.
Out loud acted out before our eyes. It was spectacular political theater! I loved every minute of it. And I'm especially am glad that this sh*t is almost over. I've got stuff to do.

25. Russert's reading his gotcha questions is lazy, useless, and getting old!!!
And I'm talking about both debates and "Meet the Press." Hot stuff he thinks he is; hot stuff he is NOT! MTP and NBC need a new face to replace Timmeh.

And it's really lamentable that in this near-the-end debate, our candidates had to dance to his tune.
