real journalists running these debates (or the fairness doctrine/equal time for that matter).
This was not just biased, it was overtly biased and very poorly done. And, I don't think anyone realizes (or, seems to care) that these are the same folks who help GW & Co feed us the WMD/Nukes/Iraq threat lies and American righteousness during the invasion. Complete with musical scores ... of course, less civilian death counts and body bags.
They jump on any bandwagon they think will 'win'.

Maybe that's why she spoke only for 2000. I doubt they changed their platform that she called anti-semitic. http://www.elections.state.ny.us/NYSBOE/elections/2006/general/2006_ussen.pdf

especially. They ran his death knell right about the time the campaign began.
They did it to Richardson, Biden, and Kucinich, too.
Now it's Hillary's turn.
They've decided Obama's their man.

138. I watched the debate on my own w/o going to the threads here |
|
When I see what's posted here, I realize how thin-skinned so many of my fellow DUers are---taking offense at so many things. I thought the debate was excellent. They both did well. I think Hillary edged Obama out a little, but then I am a Hillary supporter. But I don't see that anyone lost or did a bad job at all.

143. I was a Hillary supporter until last week... |
|
maxed out my contributions, worked on the Nevada Caucus, the whole nine yards.
But I've switched because her campaign strategy in the past week tells me she's not ready to go up against McCain. She seems willing to drag this out until the last possible minute -- potentially damaging the Party's ability to rally around a candidate -- and she's shown a willingness to use tactics that haven't been successful and don't bode well for the Fall campaign.

|
Edited on Tue Feb-26-08 11:32 PM by McCamy Taylor
he could find. He did nothing but try to provoke arguments and pick at each candidates weaknesses. I don't know why they agreed to be on MSNBC when it was clear that the network is under orders from the Pentagon to stump for McCain (or else GE loses its contracts) and Russert is a horse's ass.
If either Hillary or Obama had told Russert "Shut the fuck up with the politically biased questions, you fucktard" they would have had my vote until the end of time.
