Obama is looking a little stale
Last couple of times I've seen him, he seems to have lost his edge. Like a football team that has locked up the division, but still has one or two games left, he's just going through the motions. I hope it doesn't cost him. He needs to get away for a week to recharge.

He is a brilliant, masterful tactician. I can hardly wait to see him at work in the White House.

34. A fine wine thats been uncorked and turned to a fine vinegar...yes, I agree..
Obama has finally shown himself to be weary of the stress and pressures of the campaign in spite of all the Democratic support and all the endorsements, he's fading under the weight of trying to defend his erroneous attacks on Senator Clinton. Thusly, in light of the obvious drain on his fitness to face a formidable McCain in the General; it is not in our best interests to hand him the nomination. Senator Clinton looked radient and refreshed in tonights debate. She has proven time and time again she is the candidate best equipped to fight on and fight for us against the Republicans and McCain in the General.

35. Weary from the stress is how Obama came across tonight.
Obama did not look stronger than Clinton. We need our strongest candidate to face the Republicans in the General. Obama is not seasoned enough for the Pro-Fight with McCain. McCain is already taking him on about Obama using Federal Funding for the General, and Obama didn't have an answer.. He thinks McCain is going to sit down with him for a heart to heart talk and be his buddy in campaign finance and compromise..heh!

The naive Obama once again falls on his sword.

70% to 27%, was a "high stakes campaign" ???

that's pretty gut-busting. Keyes gets less votes in his presidential campaigns than Mike Gravel.

I think they even tried getting Dick Butkus or someone, and he declined.

In steps Alan Keys to get assreamed by the guy who just gave the keynote address at the Democratic convention.

"High stakes"... Lmao!

40. Check out the news reports... Obama was WEAK and INEFFECTIVE..
in defending his actions of sending out a mailer falsifying the literature on Hillary's Health Care Plan and NAFTA.. Of course, Obama was faced with an unfamiliar territory not covered in Cliff Notes and was visibly at a distinct disadvantage. Perhaps you were tuned in to a replay of the Republican debate.

And Russert interrupted the candidates' responses FAR too often. You can bet he wouldn't show the same disrespect to GOP candidates, who are friends of Jack.

18. People are beginning to see that after the speech and the
repeated word "change" 40,000 times there is really nothing concrete about obama. HRC did not need to knock out obama tonight. All she needed to do is make folks stop and take a look at what we already know and that is there is nothing but an empty suit without nothing to hold on too....

Maybe there is time left for hrc to right her ship and overcome and win this campaign and not allow this empty suit to lead this country further down the rabbit hole.....

48. Tweety on now stating Obama's debating skills are weak because his message on the STUMP
resonates quite differently when he's the only voice in the room. When debating policy and Truth, Obama comes across as weak and ham-hamded. Against McCain, he'll be chopped liver. I thought that was a monumental concession by Tweety.. Of course, by tomorrow the spin will have spun it's short life into pro-Obamania. At least some of us get it and our thoughts and feelings are not predicated on a Popularity contest. We seem to prefer tangibles producing favorable outcomes.

He doesn't have to come up with bold new material and zippy new tactics and slogans every week. He just has to make his basic message sink into the brains of ordinary American voters, and get them to trust him. That's it.

and Obama got an "F" in the Truth telling category regarding his Campaign's propaganda doing and saying anything to WIN! He never effectively refuted her accusation he was falsifying her Health Care Proposal and NAFTA! It's that simple. It's all Campaign Propaganda coming from the Obama camp.. confusion Americans do not need or want.
