Quinnipiac: Obama Surges in Pennsylvania

http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x1284.xml?ReleaseID=1148&What=&strArea=;&strTime=0

Sen. Barack Obama, surging among younger voters, has cut Sen. Hillary Clinton's lead among Pennsylvania likely Democratic primary voters to 6 points, 49% to 43%, after trailing by 16 points just two weeks ago, according to a new Quinnipiac poll.

3. Obama's goal post is winning my vote. At this rate he won't get it. You might want to
show some respect.

6. Just a joke

The firewall strategy and weeding out "important" states have been
easy to poke lighthearted fun at. Come on, there's nothing disrespectful
here.

15. Here's a list of things he can do
1) Stop trashing the 1990s, an era that our party can and should be proud of.

2) Start talking about who he'll look to put on the Supreme Court.

3) Focus more on Global Warming and specific plans to combat it.

4) Cancel his planned meeting with Amhadinejad, which would give credibility to a man who right now is just a glorified press secretary, and one who's about to get voted out of office next year

5) Provide me with some assurance that I don't have to worry about David Axelrod turning into the next Karl Rove.

Steve

17. I think Mark Penn has answered #5 on your list.
if you're looking for the "next Karl Rove", he fits the bill far more than David Axelrod.

12. That's the nice thing about voting
We dont' have to win them all. Just a majority.

Neat how that works.

28. If that story is accurate, you've gotta agree that the goalposts have been moved ...
... from OH & TX to PA.

I could care less; she has a right to run for as long as she cares. I just wish she'd be less negative.

4. Quick, someone needs to urge the DNC to bring about a "no campaign/
no participation/no delegates" sanction on Pennsylvania. Obama has trouble combating Hillary's initial polling advantage in many states, if there is no campaigning.

Then after the "no campaigning/no participation" primary takes place, with her presumably doing well, the "no delegates" part of the sanction can be "reexamined". :)

9. "Meet me in Puerto Rico!" Seriously though,
it sucks that Pennsylvania "won't matter" pretty soon. It is tough to see so many states that I like: Illinois, Wisconsin, Maine, Delaware, etc not matter. :(
