It's still a tie and two weeks ago she had a commanding lead. Furthermore several polls have Obama up by 4 pts or so. She's no longer ahead in TX. He'll win more delegates there, and very probably win the state. Any Clinton fan who thinks this poll is good new for her is deluding his/herself
