The same dark forces that tried to smear McCain are trying to bring down Obama. I think we should make people connect the two events whenever they think about them. It is not enough to simply say "Obama is not a Muslim." That's just truth, and we all know how well that works in politics.

Denials have a way of reinforcing the charge, like Nixon saying he's "not a crook."

We have to make a strong reaction in people and I think talking about smears of McCain being brainwashed acts like a mental atomic bomb. I think people will shake their heads and dismiss the whole thing in one flush.
