21. no one asks but I will provide the explanation just in case someone is curious
In order to get as many Democrats living abroad involved the party has decided to allocate the 11 delegate seats to 22 delegates that are selected in primaries mostly in Europe and Asia

7. With the change of Ken Curtis from ME to FL
One less superdelegate is available, bringing the count to 794, and 4047 pledged and unpledged delegates. The new "needed to win" number is 2024, down ½ a delegate.

11. That is correct thus eliminating the whimisically interesting possibility
of a Super Delegate from Democrats Abroad (the only 1/2 delegates) providing a decisive vote to put a candidate over the top

12. Well
It does eliminates the possibility of a tie breaking DA Superdelegate where the campaigns were both at 2024 waiting on the final vote. But one candidate could still end up with 2023.5 delegates with a DA Superdelegate yet to vote and they could put that candidate over the top. But with Edwards having a handful of delegates these tie breaking scenarios are not very realistic anyway.

34. Renee Pfenning (ND) for Obama
http://www.kxmc.com/News/214153.asp

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) North Dakota's Democratic national committeewoman is endorsing Barack Obama for president.

Renee Pfenning's choice means that six of North Dakota's seven Democratic superdelegates to the Democratic National Convention are backing Obama. The seventh is state party chairman David Strauss, and he has said he's staying uncommitted.
