Why does the MEDIA always ask every black candidate for President about Farrakhan
Edited on Thu Feb-28-08 09:44 PM by bigdarryl
Jesse Jackson when he ran was asked the same questions about Farrakhan and also Al Sharpton Now we have Obama running and he is expected to make statements about him also But on the other hand he's supposed to be not black enough. And on top of that some in the media including Clinton and some DU'ers keep saying he's getting special treatment. During the million man march then President Bill Clinton phrased Farrakhan for the effort.

2. Why does the media seem to obsess over what women candidates wear
Because they're useless idiots trying to find some useless angle to justify their over paid salary

6. Because they know whites in this country are generally so dumbed down that they see everything
themselves, black people, etc. as characters in a cartoon, and they can't handle some serious conversation about reality.

7. How come everytime there is anything to do with blacks nationally
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are trotted out to answer questions? Like the other34,999,998 people listed as black were represented in all cases by them.

8. It's not just Presidential candidates
Every black job seeker is asked this question as well. Let that be a warning to the young black people here: when you go on a job interview, they WILL ask you about Louis Farrakhan.

9. Good question. Why don't Republicans have to answer for Ann Coulter?
Ann Coulter endorsed Romney; why didn't he have to reject and disavow her?

The whole Farrakhan thing is lame. Disturbing, actually.

hope that you won't notice.

Just like today. First they had the Hispanic supporter who stated flatly that Obama's problem is that he is Black. They showed the whole quote, and Hillary's late weak denouncement of what was said, but no denoucement or rejections of the individual herself.....

Then they reported on nut case Nazi Cunninham. Again, they ran the whole piece of what he said, and that's ok. McCain denouncing it didn't make Cunningham look like anything but a Good ol fashioned RW radio "shock" jock of course. We are supposed to be laughing at him.

But when the talk turns to Farrakhan, then life is suspended till everyone states how much they hate him, and nothing less.

The Double Standards is least palatable to those who understands such things due to their life experience.

I have been hopeful of this country of late.....however, I note that the Media and those who fan the flames more than make up for so many in these United States who are not racists and really don't give a shit.

Our younger generation are learning a whole lot of things now....and they are learning by example.

It is a sad thing when those of another generation teach hate to those who would have thought of it on their own. Sick and sad. And as a digusted individual who knows a whole lot of people, I'm not sure what I'm gonna do if things are made right pretty soon. And I am serious as a heart attack.
