Where does it end?

All the state and local races count and there are some important ones this time around, like the one for Lt. Governor.

This is the first time my State will count, and it won't count very much anyway. And it's never bothered me that my primary is late. Anyway, NC could have moved their primary to Feb 5 or anytime thereafter.
