NOT withdraw. The Rezko trial is coming up on Monday and we do not know what's going to come out about Obama. If Obama is connected to criminal dealings, he won't be able to remain the nominee. Then it will come down to the supers at the convention. Edwards is still technically in because he didn't withdraw, but just suspended his campaign. Hillary should do the same and wait and see how Rezko plays out.

3. Obama has been cleared by Fitzgerald. He is not on the witness list
and despite your embarassing public orgasm over the thought of a take out scandal for Obama, it's not gonna happen. Continue with your masturbatory fantasy.

4. Obama is not part of the Rezko trial.
Edited on Sun Mar-02-08 02:30 PM by JackORoses
The people involved were with Governor Blagojevich.

Though he has other involvement with Rezko, Obama is not connected to the case going to trial.

Hillary should withdraw, and let the Party move on.

5. Fine with me. Then unless some huge disaster happens to the Obama
candidacy, she should throw her support behind him. That would help repair her and Bill's image quite a lot.

8. If she loses either Ohio or Texas
she should announce her endorsement of Obama for President and offer any help that is possible.

She won't do this, of course.

9. I'm sure she will do exactly that.
Your mean spirited behavior isn't helping your candidate's image, btw.

10. That's not the message coming from her campaign currently.
Earlier there were mentions by Bill and some of her other surrogates that she needed to win both Texas and Ohio for her campaign to continue, they have backed off of those statements now.

And it isn't "mean spirited" to state my opinion that she won't throw in the towel if she loses either, it's my opinion that she won't, why should she... she just raised something like $30M in Feb... didn't she? Obviously there is some resilience on the part of her supporters and campaign staff.

I didn't say she never would, only that she won't no matter what happens on Tuesday (unless there is a Obama blowout again, but no polls state that this is likely).

Shall we wager a DU donation on it? I'll donate in your name if she loses either and decides the race is over and to throw her support to Obama, you donate in my name if she loses either and stays in till PA?

Or we can make it a non-monetary wager.

12. I agree with you.
She doesn't even make concession speeches, why should we think she will suddenly support him?
Not gonna happen.

14. I don't bet or make deals on anonymous message boards.
But I can guarantee you will eat your words if she withdraws from the campaign. She will definitely give her enthusiastic support to the Democratic nominee. I am not that gracious, but I am irrelevant to the process.

11. Hanging all your hopes on Rezko eh? How sad.
Hillary Clinton has become the Huckabee of the Democratic campaign. Waiting for that miracle because that's all she has left.

I don't think Rezko will amount to anything, but she should remain an option if it does, or something else comes along.

It would be better for her in the long run to suspend if she takes a big loss in TX or Ohio.
