Hillary won't win anything by a large enough margin to change the current situation. Obama might. 16 states to go.

5. TX, VT to Obama. OH basically split. RI to Hillary by 5%
Total Pledged Delegate Net: Obama +20-25 over Hillary.

Take it to the bank!

Hillary has not won a Caucus yet, the Texas two step will push it Obama.

Ohio will be a near even split in Delegates.

I am a little more pessimistic, but your scenario is one I could live with. Does your prediction include TX caucuses, or just primary voters?
