John Aravosis: What will Republicans throw at Hillary in the fall? |
|
Excellent write up on Hillary and her 'kitchen sink'... So, the first question for Hillary come Wednesday, should she decide to continue risking our chances of winning in the fall even though the math says it's over, will be the question she's asking Obama today: What negatives will the Republicans throw against you in the fall? And as I've noted repeatedly, there are some negatives out there that most of you don't even know about - but everyone in Washington knows about them, in detail. That's because even Democrats who don't love Hillary, don't go there, for the good of the party. On Wednesday, the good of the party may dictate that we do. http://www.americablog.com/2008/03/what-will-republicans-throw-at-hillary.html

6. Hmmmm, tax returns, undisclosed Clinton Foundation donors |
|
the odd bimbo eruption, Bill up to his ears in favors owed for all that money he has been raking in overseas.
And, oh yeah, Obama is the guy who hasn't been fully vetted.

10. Dubai, Dubai, Dubai. You don't put tens of millions in an ex-prez's bank account for nothing. |

Especially when that prez claims he didn't pursue all the outstanding matters of GHWBush's illegal operations throughout the 90s because he wanted him to have a 'peaceful retirement'....right?

14. Not to mention Bill's trip to Kazakhstan (sp?) with the big Canadian donor |
|
All we have to remind ourselves is that Bill has spent a LOT of his post-presidency time in the company of the wolves otherwise known as the BFEE. I'll bet Poppy's taught him plenty ...

8. My theory: First they will destroy the "experience" claim. |
|
With McCain on their ticket that will be very easy. Then they will make her look all flip-floopy on the war. They will bring up the Hillary-care, which many in the republican circle despise already, and call it commie-care b/c of the mandates ("Democrats want to punish you for not getting HC, even if you can't afford it." Etc etc.) Then there is the politics of fear.

I don't need to know. It just confirms what I already know.
The Obama campaign is playing above board. The Clinton campaign is playing dirty.

19. She's had it all thrown at her since she hit the scene, hundreds of |
|
TV hours, $300 million alone on health care.
She's still standing.
The guy did mention the fall and he does sound bitter. That's why I asked.

21. I suggest you re-read it. |
|
1) He said there is alot of info about the Clintons that the public don't know. Not old stuff. New stuff.
2) He's saying it may come to light for the sake of the party. That sounds like he's talking about the pre-nomination period. Why would he wait until after Hillary's the nominee to unleash the flurry of saved up Clinton blemishes?

never felt this bitter about a Dem. as I am about BO. He is deceptive, he outright lies, over and over, and his supporters have just been so horribly vicious.
