Anyone else experiencing combat in their homes over this primary?
Yesterday, I was proud of myself for removing 25 negative ads against Democratic Candidate Obama from the mail before bringing it into the home. Of course, I left the Pro Obama literature in the stack.

Tonight, I returned home to find negative campaign literature from Hillary spread all over the home, in front of the TV, in the bathroom, on my bed, in front of my computer. Well after threatening to shove it up someones ass, I looked at the pile of mail from yesterday.

Thank You Senator Obama for sending LARGER campaign literature. It is now spread throughout my home and well, the Rovian candidates stuff isn't going to see sunshine anytime soon :)

2. My mom just threatened to vote for McCain
If Hillary gets the nom in a backhanded way. Don't know if she's serious or not.

6. I've gotten the same thing with my mom and Obama.
It's really upsetting because she's been a Dem her entire life, and something with her just doesn't click with Obama. I think she'll eventually come around though, and vote against McCain.

4. Only minor here...
My husband leans a little more toward Obama and I lean a little more toward Hillary, but they're not the first choice of either of us, so it doesn't get too heated. We were/are Edwards people, and on that we agreed 100 percent.

8. Nope.
I get mail from Amnesty International, The ACLU, The United Nations Association, The Nation, and Obama. My family is all Obama except my wife who hasn't made her mind up yet but is NOT anti-Obama. Thank Goodness.

10. No. None of us are excited about either one of them.
However, we are increasingly leaning toward Clinton. My 17 1/2 year old son supports Clinton and those of us able to vote in September, will vote for the Democratic nominee. With two sons close to draft age, I'll be doing my best to defeat McCrazy.

11. I live alone so there's just me
and my cyber Obama buddies here..but, at work there's been times when I had a short fuse and have vowed not to bring up hilary again or take any bait because it will just lead to me being wishing I'd kept my opinions to myself. I do have people who are the closest to me who are for Obama so I really can't feel bad at all.

That's funny about all that literature you're talkin' about. 25 negative ads..that's a lot!

My concern is the GE. If the Dem is Obama, I may be the only one voting.

18. Nope.. my husband & I are both Obama Fans..
and quickly becoming Anti-Hillary. We were both "neutral" with her until probably the last 3 weeks.. between the "Shame on you Obama" followed by the "Sky will open" comment... followed by the spectacle she made of herself in the OH debate.. followed by the picture of Obama in traditional garments.. followed by the 3:00am phone call ad.. followed by today's "No, as far as I know Obama isn't a muslim" comment - we're pretty much sick of her, and are undecided on if we'd be able to vote for her this fall.

19. Thank goodness our household is united...
And we are both firmly in the "Yes We Can" camp--as are, fortunately, both my mother-in-law and my wife's Godmother, both of whom live in the area.:D

I'll bet a lot of homes--especially in the four primary states tomorrow--have been experiencing quite a "civil war" during the past few weeks.:eyes:

B-)

26. I am with Obama while my relatives support Hillary
There has been no conflict, because I respect my parents, although Hillary's Iraq vote makes me unable to vote for her over Obama.
Because of this respect I don't feel like arguing with my parents, whom I respect a lot. We respect each others' views.

27. No
No. My sister and her husband voted for Hillary in the meaningless WA primary, but they aren't married to her. I'm not quite sure where my brother and his wife stand, but I'm sure they will happily support Obama. My mother was for Obama before I was. Most Democrats aren't as fanatical in their support of either candidate as the people here seem to be. They just want a Democrat in the White House.
