Who does the the Gas problem Help/Hurt

We are now about a week into this Gas Crisis. AS of right now who is it helping or hurting Kerry or Bush. Whats your thoughts.

The GOP spinters already pulled their "Kerry for .50 gas riase commercial"

Time has passed since September 11, 2001. As new budgets are approved, financial statements published, laws passed, taxes cut and stocks go up, it is easier to identify who benefited politically and financially from 9-11.
