Who would help expand the House and Senate with their coat-tails,

Who would help expand the House and Senate with their coat-tails,
Obama or Clinton? Their electability is an important factor, but coat-tails might be important. I realize all elections in states are usually a local matter, but it seems to me that the presidential candidates' would make a difference, both positively and negatively.
