Obama beats McCain by 11

Clinton beats McCain by 3

1. But that poll was done a few days back
It's right there in the Washington Post article:

"A total of 1,126 randomly selected adults were interviewed by telephone Feb. 28 through March 2. The results have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points."

6. I think the OP is using the numbers for Likely Voters (LV)
It means folks who say they voted in previous elections.

Still doesn't make it a reflection of where things are today.
