some Poll numbers that may make a Monday morning easier to take
yes, I know it's toooo early into Campaign '04, but these numbers still make me smile...

2. wow

So that one Kerry/Bush polling that led to so much ink being spilled and so many electrons wasted around here was, in fact...a blip.

But that drop in Approval is cruelty. Bush seems to be running out of benefit of the doubt with swing voters entirely- if these numbers are to be believed. I think they're running 2% or so lower than in other polls. The Clarke business has done quite a number on them and I doubt it's had its full effect just yet. I could handle another 3% drop, no problem :D

3. Below 35%, all done
That seems to be the magic number, tough to come back from 35% unfavorables. And with everything that's going to come out in the next few months, I don't see how they can possibly not fall below 35%. The 9/11 Commission alone looks like it's should sink them for sure.

5. NPR''s Roberts still repeating last week's news
She said the line that Kerry's negatives have gone up and Bush is in the lead because of his ads and Kerry's time off. She said something like the ski trip showed his wealth.

Why can't she just report the current news and not do Bush a favor every time she's on?

7. Isn't it funny how NPR was always called liberal radio and
now that we have Airamerica, we can see just how little NPR is liberal. We can see that NPR reporters lie just like the hacks on cable news.

6. Wow...39 percent approval
and 42 percent disapproval. :bounce:

Also, I think the Kerry lead is outside the standard of error. Another :bounce:
