Kerry will pick a *DEMOCRAT* for VP!
All this speculation about 'What if he picked (fill in non-Democrat's name)?' is about as useful as speculating what would happen if purple monkey's started flying out of Shrub's ass, and just about as likely to happen.

:wtf:

1. oh well, it does no harm
while you are correct he will no doubt pick a Democrat for the ticket, it doesn't hurt if people want to speculate otherwise--it is a discussion board afterall.

2. Well, can we discuss other stuff, then?
Can we discuss what would happen if Ronald Reagan suddenly emerges from his comatose state and becomes a Democrat? Can we discuss what would happen if Zell Miller and Dennis Kucinich suddenly start dancing cheek-to-cheek at the Convention in July? How about we discuss Dick Cheney suddenly announcing that he is Harry Truman and Dorothy kilgallen's secret love child? How about discussing that Ralph Nader is a transvestite hooker on the weekends?

Makes just about as much sense, frankly... :eyes:

5. Paddy, I just damn near spewed Irish breakfast tea....
...(with milk, of course) all over my office.

Dick Cheney as Harry Truman and Dorothy Kilgallen's love child, indeed, LMAO.

7. What would happen if purple monkeys flew outta *'s ass?
Edited on Mon Apr-05-04 08:56 AM by Stuckinthebush
That would be something else, wouldn't it? I mean, he'd be standing at the podium doing a fake press conference, and then BAM, his pants rip open and out come purple flying monkeys!

I think that Cheney would immediately be given temporary control while Bush was hurried to the hospital for medical treatment and observation. DeLay would demand that no one laugh about the incident because we are in a time of war. Zell Miller would agree with DeLay and say that the country is made up of two groups - The Respectful and the Disrespectful! Falwell would say it is a sign from God. Ann Coulter would fawn over the beautiful purple monkeys and how it must take a great man to get beautiful monkeys like that to fly out of his ass!

That's what I think would happen.

That it was a sign from God, clearly stated in the book of Revelations, that the end times are here and that bush* was chosen by God to lead us through Armageddon!

That Zell Miller will be the disempowered Veep to replace Cheney. At least speculatively.

19. That would be true even if he picked McCain
I'm sure that if Kerry offered McCain the VP spot, it would be on the condition that McCain change his party registration.

People need to remember that we are the Democratic Party and, hence, our VP nominee will be a Democrat. Any other speculation is utterly and completely ridiculous...

to those of you who think he would be a good choice?
