Right-click both of their buttons and choose Properties.

You'll see that hers was created on 3/5/08 and his was created on 3/7/08.

If she's going to contest the delegates, of course he has no choice but to follow suit. It's clear who started it, however.

I had no reason to doubt them, as far as I know. So I took them at their word.
