Kerry Faces Protesters, Bush is Shielded, Why the Difference?
I noticed that Kerry had to face some vocal protesters at a recent event including clapping flip-flops to try and label Kerry politically. From the video I saw there looked to be 8-12 people, right near the front of the stage.
My question is this:
The Bush campaign (or the Secret Service) would never, ever allow protesters within hundreds of yards of Bush.
So why should Kerry have to face protesters, with props, within 10 yards of the front of the stage he is speaking from?
Would the Secret Service use the rational of personal security for Bush?
Then why not the same standard for Kerry?

2. Will this be the Norm? |

This could be an issue in that Bush won't face the same critic's that Kerry will have to face. Literally!

I miss the days of Bil Clinton..out among the real people. Shaking hands, joking, laughing, & completely engaged in their joys and their concerns.

4. One can take it, one can't |

The one that can't has a problem with clinking silverware, and an issue with not being addressed as "Mr. President"
