Conservative commentators dissenting on Iraq |
|
Will and O'Reilly and others blathering on about mistakes and wrong military strategy. The same jerks who were head cheerleaders when we got into this "quagmire." American kids getting killed. Why is that offensive to conservatives who now are sanctimonious on the subject? And republicans now questioning bush's (alleged) leadership in the Iraq War "adds more fodder to Senator Kerry's larger critique of the president."

You want to be on the winning side, not tied to manifest failure.

3. You will NEVER hear an 'R' saying they made a terrible mistake... |
|
They will hem and haw, but they will not stand up and accept responsibility for anything that comes out negatively.
bush and his cabal set the tone, "There is only one way, MY way", there is no room for compromise, and they believe they are right in everything they do, regardless of how devastating it might be.
To add insult to injury, bush believes he was 'chosen by God' to lead the nation, in his childlike mind, he can do no wrong; he will blame his failures on God.
The pundits are scrambling to get off a sinking ship.
