Here is the best analysis I have found of the outlook for the delegates in PA:
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/3/5/124452/9353The Dem delegates are assigned by congressional district. There are 5 in the 3rd in the Northwest, 5 in the 4th northwest of Pittsburgh, 5 in the 18th west of Pittsburgh, 5 in the 12th south of Pittsburgh, 7 in the 14th in Pittsburgh, 3 in the 9th in the south-central/Altoona area, 5 in the 5th in the north-central (where there are more bears than people), 4 in the 10th in the northeast, 5 in the 11th including the Poconos, 4 in the 17th east of Harrisburg, 4 in the 19th in the York area, 4 in the 16th in the Lancaster area, 5 in the 15th in the Lehigh Valley, 7 in the 13th in the northern suburbs of Philadelphia, 7 in the 8th in Bucks County, 6 in the 6th in the outer suburbs west of Philadelphia, 7 in the 7th west of Philadelphia, 7 in the 1st in west Philadelphia and 9 in the 2nd in northeastern Philadelphia.
Then there are 55 at large delegates assigned proportionally based upon the statewide results. I believe they are only limited to their candidate on the first ballot.
Then there are 29 superdelegates. So far 13 committed to Clinton and 4 to Obama. Several superdelegates are yet to be selected, who will also be uncommitted.
