If Red State Democrats are not to be trusted for voting for the right person,..... |
|
then why do we hold primaries or caucuses in those states.
Hillary's whole case is the fact that Obama is winning red state Democratic primaries and caucuses.

1. And yet is reliant on red states for her win |
|
Texas and the red parts of Ohio and Pennsylvania; not to mention CA, MA and who knows how many other states where only the rural people voted for her.

2. That is just an assinine position for the HRC campaign to take... |
|
All states and territories should be included in the nominating process...
It should be primaries so that more people will feel connected to the process...
But these states are important in the primary season since they will more than likely be fly over states come fall...
She should have spent time and effort in these states and she would have won the nomination much sooner...
She preferred to concentrate on larger, more democratically leanning states to her own peril...
When she loses, she will have no one blame but herself...

3. Not only that, but there are plenty of red states that have blue districts..... |
|
even Utah has one Democratic Representative. Ignore those districts and we could lose those seats.

Obama has run a campaign that was "unconventional" to those who are use to raising money and spending the money on TV ads...
There is more to politics than that...
But most candidates don't realize that until it is too late...
Establish that connection and then raise the money...
And I know from personal experience that the consultants feel that way...
So I give the Obama campaign a big plus for going to where the people are and not just where the cash is...

4. of course it's baloney |

Just off the top of my head in state's she won or I guess "won", Obama won San Francisco, Austin, Dallas, Houston & Cleveland.
I don't think she wants to get rid of the red parts of the states she's won.
