It's parsing to the nth degree.

We're electing a leader to lead this nation. We're not looking for an employee and your trivializing of it makes you look silly.

And yeah yeah, I know, I know, you're gonna respond with your steadfast convictions that we are hiring an employee blah blah blazay blah while stubbornly refusing to let go the stupid analogy. But seriously, it's really silly.
